Our Story

In 2008, a group of digital marketing pioneers, software developers, and other mild mannered geniuses got together with one goal in mind: to create an enterprise-level email platform without an enterprise-level price tag. What started as a basic email management system grew into a marketing automation platform that gives small and mid-size businesses comprehensive and intuitive control over their entire inbound and outbound marketing strategy.

We build software that builds your customer base so you can focus on what you do best.

Our diversity is what makes us special. We don't approach any client or project from a single perspective, but bring years of expertise in a variety of disciplines to bear as we continue to develop and refine our tools. Customer relationship management (CRM) isn't one-size-fits-all, and effective marketing automation isn't, either.

Knowing what your software should be doing is the first step in designing software that truly delivers. The INBOX25 team has expertise in every step of the sales cycle, and in all of the technology needed to make the most of your message. With offices in Europe, Los Angeles, and San Francisco all coordinated through our headquarters on Staten Island (that's NYC, folks), we're able to provide businesses all over the world with the brand-building solutions they need through a streamlined, flexible, and affordable platform.

When we see our neighborhood of St. George coming back to life and challenging Brooklyn as the next tech hotspot, we take no small amount of pride as representatives of "the forgotten borough".
