Pro Marketer plans are offered in tiers based on the number of contact records you wish to keep active for marketing. Contacts are required to have a unique email address and must be set to a status of 'Active' to count again your plans quota. Records qith a status of unsubscribed, bounced or inactive do not count against your plans quota.
A platform user is any member of your staff or team that has access to the INBOX25 platform through their own unique login. You can create and deploy as many user accounts as you would like at anytime. User roles can also be customized to control access to different features within the platform.
Sorta. We offer a Free for Life account that allows you to send up to 500 emails per month. With the Free for Life account you can also test-drive specific Pro Marketer features within a limited test environment. Some features are not available within the test environment, such as: Web Visitor Tracking, Integrations, CRM connectivity and a few others.
There can be, but they're not required fees. We really, really recommend that new customers also grab a Getting Started plan with their Pro Marketer account. Statistically speaking it reduces the average platform setup time by over 60%. Or, in other words it takes 60% less time to get on the path to a ROI.
For Pro Marketers we'll warn you of the overage and provide advice on reducing your number of Active Contacts/Targets. Will also give you a 10 day grace period to bring your plan back within your quota. After 10 days you'll need to either upgrade to the next tier or the only operation you'll be able to complete is reducing your Active Contact level. We will not automatically upgrade your plan to the next tier.
Yes, you absolutely can. It's very common for customers to have two plans to manage their inbound/bound marketing separately from their tranditional batch & blast email campaigns (i.e. newsletters and announcements. It all depends on your needs, but its certainly not required to have both. If you have a huge subscriber list, it can be less expensive to keep those recipients in your basic email marketing program.
